Parker Pond is in Vienna Maine. The public launch is technically a boat launch, though it’s steep and not in good shape. Launching a motor boat here looks to be for the not faint of heart. There’s a fair amount of parking for single vehicles.

This is a beautiful lake with lightly developed shores. There are a lot of houses on this lake and high speed boats do appear to be used at times in the summer. There are many shallow areas which kayakers can use to stay away from the water skiers.

The fishing here is okay. There is an abundance of young fish, but I found it difficult to find decent sized Small Mouth Bass. Per the lake survey, this lake is heavily fished for at least Salmon. Locals appear to not practice catch and release so don’t expect to get a Salmon or Trout.
